Boise State's current record holder for receptions in a single season is WR Jeremy Childs. He's also not practicing this summer with the team according to the Idaho Statesman. It seems Childs had a little incident with not doing his own paper during the school year and was placed on academic suspension.
Now we all know that Truck Driver U up in potato land doesn't hold academics nearly as important as most universities (like say, Nevada) so we are certain, as is their information director Max Corbet, that coach Pete will find a way to get him back on the field in time for their big opener against Idaho State.
Here is our advise on the situation:
Jeremy, next time make sure to use white out on the name of the author. A single line through it probably isn't fooling your professor. Even if he is a professor at BSu.

I had read on Boise's site that this is likely not Child's first offense. (No one could provide proof but several posters seemed sure) The title to this article apparently isn't true at BSU. If he played for Nevada he would be gone!
& People living in glass houses should not throw stones.
ie.:
Ault kicks two players off team, one put on probation (the starter)
Football coach questioned by NCAA
Nine Wolf Pack football players-three cornerbacks, two defensive ends, two running backs, a wide receiver and a special teams player-were arrested on felony charges over the last 18 months
Pack golf coach resigns amid NCAA investigation.
I lived in Reno for 5 years and really enjoyed it. Don't spoil your rep with dumb trashy mudslinging.
So which is worse?
A kid in school that steals a paper off the Internet and uses it.
Or an adult such as yourself that steals a picture off the Internet and uses it.
Not a lot of difference between plagiarism and copyright infringement.
At least Childs is owning up to his mistake.
Childs is owning up to it? He's being punished after being caught....but that's hardly the same thing. That being said, this happens at every school...kids are kids and, unfortunately, they make mistakes.
Are you saying there are no Boise blogs that point out flaws of other WAC programs? Haven't read any lately, huh?
Non school related violations have been dealt with severly for the most part by Ault and staff. McCoy had no previous issues in his last 3 years. He was put on probation. Nothing to do with being a starter. The other two players had had issues and were gone. DUI's are nothing to be taken lightly but seriously, what more did you want?
You are talking about a STUDENT athlete who is supposed to be there FOR SCHOOL while playing football and who was caught cheating on school work. I know students who are not athletes who have been expelled from their university for plagiarism. We are debating on when this person will return to football practice. However that makes you feel is your opinion. I just chose to write mine (and really based off of what your local newspaper reported).

That's pure BS. Site your source, liar.
